The team
A small team that punches above its weight
We’re an Italy-based, remote-first studio of eight engineers and one designer. Small enough that the founder reviews every architecture decision. Large enough to deliver projects from $12k to $150k.
Most of us came from larger agencies where good work got buried under process. We built Pinnacle to be the opposite: a studio where engineers own their work and clients own their code.
How we differ

Fixed price. Not fixed budget with moving scope.
After a paid discovery sprint, we give you a written fixed-price quote. If scope doesn’t change, the price doesn’t change. Change requests go through a formal process with a written quote before any work starts.

Senior engineers. No juniors on your project.
Every project is assigned a lead engineer with 5+ years of production experience. They write and review the code. Your account manager does not.
You own everything on delivery.
Full source code, all assets, documentation and credentials transfer to you on final payment. No vendor lock-in. No annual licence. No hidden dependencies.
