Discovery
You fill in the project form and describe what you need. We review it and come back with clarifying questions — data structures, user roles, edge cases, integrations. No commitment yet.
Days 1–3Scope & Quote
We write a plain-language scope document: what the application does, what it doesn't do, what technology stack it runs on, what you receive at delivery, what it costs, and when it's delivered. You approve it in writing before we start.
Days 3–7Build
We build what the scope describes. For projects longer than two weeks, you receive a mid-point update showing work in progress. You can ask questions; scope changes require a written amendment.
Weeks 1–7Deliver & Handover
The application is deployed to your server. You receive the source code, documentation, and a handover call. A 30-day bug-fix period begins — we fix anything that doesn't work as scoped, at no charge.
